Terms of Service
Version 2026-08-01 · BluePort Solutions
These terms cover registering a company for Sutram and what happens to that registration. Where they touch on the service itself, they say so — plans and payment are agreed separately when an application is approved.
1. Who these are between
These terms are an agreement between BluePort Solutions (“we”, “us”) and the company you are registering (“you”, “the company”). Sutram is our tender and bid management product.
By submitting a registration you confirm you are authorised to act for the company and to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. What registering is, and is not
Registering is an application. It is not a contract for the service and it does not create an account. We review each application, and we may approve it, ask for more information, or decline it.
We may decline an application without giving a reason. Where we can tell you why, we will.
An account exists only once an application is approved, a plan is chosen and payment is made. Those terms are agreed at that point and are separate from these.
3. What you tell us has to be true
You agree that the details you give are accurate, that the company is real and lawfully constituted, and that you may share the details of any other person you name — an owner, a director, a support contact.
We verify what we can from what you give us: a PAN’s format and the entity type it implies, a GSTIN’s checksum and the PAN inside it, a CIN’s class, state and year, a PIN code against its state. These checks are automatic and they catch mistakes rather than prove honesty. A registration containing details that are deliberately false may be declined or, once live, closed.
4. Your account and your username
The email address that confirms the application becomes the first account. You are responsible for keeping its password safe and for what is done through it.
The username you choose identifies the person within your organisation. It has to be unique within your organisation but need not be unique across Sutram — another company may have somebody with the same one.
Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used by somebody else.
5. Documents you upload
Where the registered premises are rented we ask for one page of the rent agreement. You confirm you are entitled to share it. We ask for a single page rather than the whole document on purpose — a full agreement usually contains a landlord’s personal details, and they are not our customer.
You keep ownership of anything you upload. You give us permission to store and read it only for the purpose of assessing and running your registration.
6. Withdrawing, and abandoning
You may delete a registration that has not been submitted, at any time, from your organisations page. Doing so removes what you entered and releases the company name for use again.
A registration left untouched for 30 days is treated as abandoned. We remind you after 24 hours and again after 15 days, and warn you three days before it goes. What we remove and what we keep is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. What we do not promise
The registration service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults, and we may change or suspend it. Nothing here is a service commitment for Sutram itself — those are agreed with your plan.
Sutram helps you find and manage tender opportunities. It does not tell you whether to bid, and information drawn from public tender sources is provided as published. We do not warrant that it is complete or current, and decisions you take on it are yours.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for a bid opportunity missed. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Personal data
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We process it under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms and will publish the new version here with a new date. The version you accepted is recorded against your application and does not change retroactively.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
